Do I need to book a venue?
Yes. Once we have confirmed availability for your Prestige Party you can book your venue. Its a good idea to have a few venues in mind in advance. If you are struggling, we will try to assist in your venue search.
Do you provide catering for the parties?
Unfortunately not, you must organise the catering for your party. This could be outsourced or done yourselves.
How do I book a party?

How do I make payment for a party?
Payment is made via bank transfer upon booking confirmation.
How long do I need to book a venue for?
Prestige Parties are 2 hours long, an additional 30 minutes is required to set up the party. Therefore it's advisable to book the venue for at least 2.5 hours.
How far in advance do I need to make a booking?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible however at least a month in advance in advised to ensure availability and ample time for planning. Get in touch with us if you require a party on shorter notice as we might be able to help, although this isn't guaranteed.
How many guests can attend?
Each Prestige Party can accommodate a different number of children depending on the activity, you can find this information on each Party page.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your party if you wish however the deposit you pay is non-refundable, so if you do cancel this won't be returned. Cancellations are not accepted within 7 days of the party date.
